Full Event Coordination
From small intimate gatherings to large celebrations, in addition to planning the menu, we can coordinate your rentals, flowers or just about anything that would help make your event a success.

Drop-off/Pick-Up
When a little extra help is necessary to make you shine, or time is short and company is coming, we can work with you on menu items that are available and appropriate for drop-off/pick-up service.

Buffet
Buffet service allows you to have a full menu but because your guests come to the buffet instead of being served at the table, your cost for service is lower. There are different ranges of buffet service available to fit your budget from Simple to Formal. The difference is in the equipment used.

Simple: Disposable plates and flatware. This is the most basic yet very appropriate for many occasions.

Casual: This is the next level. Your guests enjoy their meal on a commercial plastic plate and with stainless steel flatware.

Formal: This is the most formal buffet service. Your guest tables are pre-set with china plates at the buffet.

No matter what buffet style you choose, service is provided with the utmost of care and detail by our uniformed professional staff.

Sit-down/Formal
This is the most formal of styles. The tables are pre-set with the full formal place setting. Your guests are served each course of their meal by uniformed staff. This is the ultimate catering experience.
